Macleods Pharmaceuticals SA, invites confident Sales Representatives of Johannesburg North and East Rand, Gauteng to apply for a Scripting position. The successful candidate will call on pharmacies to ensure that product offerings are detailed, sold and market to achieve set sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Call on selected doctors, specialist, and pharmacies
• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers
• Maintain client relationships
• Analysis of market trends and increase market share
• Identify trends and gaps in the market
• Making appointments and calls timeously with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for product training
• Manage Key Accounts, including corporate pharmacy groups, selected wholesalers
• Achieve budget sales number and objectives and deliver long term sustainable growth or all stakeholders
• Secure recommendation on brands and products by sharing expertise of product knowledge and conditions through relevant training engagements
• Conduct presentations and follow up calls to clients regarding products already purchased and new products on the market
• Actively resolve customer problems and complaints

Qualifications & Experience

• A tertiary qualification in a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Well-established relationships with pharmacies in targeted area
• Strong sense of ethics and business acumen
• Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills
